Qualification: B-tech/M-tech in Power Electronics

Minimum 3 Years’ Experience

• Solid knowledge of Power Electronics fundamentals, power switching devices (IGBTs, MOSFETs, etc), magnetics design, power loss calculations, thermal design calculations

• Experience in analog circuits (OP-AMPs), power converters (DC-DC Converters), etc.

• Experience in working with simulation tools like MATLAB, P-Spice, LT Spice, TI-Workbench etc. will be helpful

• Knowledge of EMI-EMC considerations in power electronics design.

• Experience in Embedded C programming with knowledge on communication protocols like UART, RS232, etc. is a plus

Qualification: B-tech/M-tech in Power Electronics

Minimum 3 years’ experience in DC power optimizer designs or in solar inverters.

• Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing state-of-the-art DC/DC power optimizers and On-Grid and Hybrid solar inverters for residential and commercial solar inverting solutions.

• Good knowledge of different topologies, switching patterns, modulation techniques (PWM, SVM).

• Design and select components of power converters, including transformers, inductors, embedded microcontrollers, transistors, drivers, and EMI filters.

• Knowledge of the Inverter Programming flow/Firmware Architecture of Solar Inverter preferably in Grid Tie Solar Inverters or converters will be helpful.

  • • Responsibilities will include checking tenders, preparing quotations, customer follow-up over mail/phone, preparing marketing collateral etc..
  • • Looking for Sales engineers and business development managers for an electronics design and manufacturing company.
  • • The candidate should be able to prospect, connect and engage with potential customers.
  • • Candidates might be required to travel to customers’ locations for a day or two.
  • • Candidates should have good knowledge of Electronics (Preferably Power Supplies), should be systematic and have good command over English.
  • • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing in an Electronics company is a must.
  • • Fluency in Tally ERP
  • • Knowledge of full sales & purchase cycle in Corporate
  • • Preparation of P&L A/c, balance sheet, fund flow & cash flow statement
  • • Segment analysis on monthly basis & finalization of annual accounts
  • • Handling sales tax, income tax, service tax , pt, pf, esi & GST
  • • Management of payables & receivables audits
  • • Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP-9
  • • Monthly MIS reporting with balance verification for all counter parties & tax heads to Head office
  • • Prepare and arrange documents required for all statutory scrutinize of income tax, sales tax etc
